Drinking water is good because it helps you to detoxify your body from harmful toxins that aren't good for your health. When you drink water, you replenish your body and this gives you more energy.

Drinking water can also help you loose weight because drinking a glass before meals can make you feel full and won't let you eat as much food as you want.

Especially when the weather is hot, water is very vital for your body. When you exercise or workout is it also advisable that you have water with you and drink to replace the fluids lost when you sweat.

Drinking water is always good for anyone, especially those who try to lose weight. By drinking water during snack time instead of eating snacks, you feel full and don't want to eat anymore. Water has no calories and it flushes the toxins out of your intestines.

Water is the medium in which all energy reactions take place. Therefore, you need to drink a lot of water for health, stamina, fuel, and building muscle.

Hello dear member, drinking water in early morning with empty stomach is much beneficial, Because it is proved that it helps us preventing the eye, stomach, liver and some body disease's. And on daily routine if we drank 10 to 12 glass daily we will be fit forever and have good cardiovascular flow also...........

Drinking a fresh and healthy ample amount of water is essential to your health. Our body consist of 2/3 water.
Muscle consists of 75% water
Brain consists of 90% of water
Bone consists of 22% of water
Blood consists of 83% water

Every cell in our body needs water from head to toe, this is why it is vital to drink enough fluid.
