Weight Challenge

At first I have been doing some walking and now I upgraded myself into running. :D

I play badminton games with my cousins and friends. I am also doing some detoxification by drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily and it helps me a lot.

However, sometimes (I do mean sometimes) when I feel tired of losing weight and only to get slow results. I joined this social group where I met people who shares the same passion about losing weight and it helps me to be more motivated.

This is also one reason why I join weight loss forums, because I get inspiration from the people I meet from different weight loss community and then I get to share some weight loss ideas and tips I know and I have learned. :)
