Question about the Natural Food Kick-off
I am getting ready to start the first step in this process: eating Natural foods and no meat or dairy.
My question is this: I am so used to eating grains, meat and dairy that my mind is having a hard time coming up with meal plans for the 2 weeks I am going to be doing this step. Pretty much all I seem to come up with is: Fruits for breakfast, salads for lunch, vegetable "stir-fry" with coconut oil for dinner, and some fruit, nuts or seeds for snacks. But, that sounds boring and maybe too restrictive (will my body get enough calories?), and I fear that I would quickly fall off and lose will power. I am sort of a picky eater, and my body can't tolerate some things that might go here (eg. no tomatoes, no peppers, no mushrooms).
What are some example meals that people have eaten ? Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions?
