Tired of diets!

Postby donaldjerry » Fri May 28, 2010 7:55 am

I worked long and hard against my fat, people advised me to take diet pills but I am afraid because I have heard bad things about this method. Let me know if someone has a diet and if you have had good results, because I've done it all and instead I think I gained more.

It is always very important that you see a real doctor and not anyone who can pass off as such and you just pills. To my opinion is really bad to take diet pills or any other form abrupt weight loss. Since it may gain weight again after some time.

My experience after having dropped 25 kilos, I can say that it is far from being pumped up and completely committed to wanting to lose weight slowly. It is then the only way to maintain your weight ideal.

My advice is a good diet, never stop eating, but eating healthy and at least six times a day. And fundamental is that apart from exercising helps you lose weight your body to release stress.

But visit a good doctor.

Eat in moderation, go in for complex carbohydrates and whole grains, limit saturated fats, eat fruits and vegetables, rev up the metabolism and sure enough those foods that burn fat will do their job. Remember it is a combination of everything that is going to ensure that you burn those deposits of fat.

Diets can suck but the idea should be to find something that works for you. You shouldn't try following strict diets at first. Just try changing small things at first. Like drinking less soda or skipping dessert. Over time these changes will make great changes.

If you want fast results though you'll need to eat healthy and have a work out plan in place as well. You lose weight by just changing what you eat but you'll get a faster results with exercise. Plus, you'll just get more energy overall.

Good Luck.

Hi,
I do think it's a lifestyle choice and change, creating a balanced existence between intake and output but then again it can be genetic thing for some.. besides, eating better which means lighter, and incorporating in your day some level of activity
(could be as simple as choosing to take the stairs up to the 6th floor, if of course you are going that way, instead of the elevator) could begin to make some shifts to your body..

Or perhaps you might want to try for a month the following combo:
AcaiOptimum with AdvanceColon Dietary Supplement..
all natural stuff :) wouldn't do any harm, it is a beginning towards some internal body improvement.

The idea behind combining the products is that while the Acai Berry encourages weight loss and increases energy,
the Colon Cleanse helps rid your body of toxins and allows your body to work and burn calories more efficiently.

Acai Optimum claims:
4 Times More Weight Loss Than Diet And Exercise
Boosts Energy
Rich in Antioxidants
Promotes Cardiovascular and Digestive Health

Advanced Cleanse claims:
Helps Eliminate Bad Toxins that have Built Up Over the Years
Removes ‘Sludge‘ from the Walls of the Colon
Helps Get Rid of Gas and Bloating
Helps to Regulate the Metabolism

Hope this helps,
KAT : )

There are ways in which you can lose weight without dieting. All you need to do is find out about the good foods that you should include in your daily meals and those that you should exclude.

Some of the foods that you should include are whole grains, fresh unprocessed fruits, vegetables and nuts.

You should exclude processed foods like sugar, saturated fats, white rice, white flour and so no.

maybe its just psychological that you thought you gained more after your rigorous diet plan. However, I advise you to just continue exercising and pair it up with the right kind of foods suitable for dieting. It is also good to consult a doctor so that he can suggest to you the safest kind of dieting pills. :D

Hi DonaldJerry,
Yes, I have something that worked for me... and is still working after 2 years. It's one of the cookie diets but please don't get turned off by the name "cookie". They are a cookie in appearance only. They are basically a natural, high protein/fiber/wholegrain/energy bar similar to what athletes eat. They really do take away your hunger and cravings allowing you to stay on a low calorie diet. The fast weight loss is the best motivator… lose the weight once and for all then go on with your life eating healthy!
I lost a total of 50 lbs on the R&D Diet Cookie program and I've kept it off. There are many reasons it worked for me... it was convenient... I didn't have to count fat grams, carbs, etc. I didn't have to wonder what I could and could not eat. They were easy to carry with me during the day and they really took away all my hunger and cravings. I enjoyed my night time meal even more!
I think the original saying about gaining twice as much weight back has to do with the old way of crash dieting or fad dieting. It is different with the cookie diet. I learned so many good things on this diet! I guess the biggest was portion control and how I was really supposed to feel. I felt so good on the R&D Diet Cookies. I had energy and somehow felt "clearer-thinking"... it's hard to explain. Also, my heartburn went away. When I ate bad carbs all the time b4, I felt sluggish and "fuzzy" and had heartburn all the time. Also, eating bad carbs made me crave more bad carbs. Anyway, I just wanted to plug R&D Diet Cookies here. I think they are the best-kept-secret when it comes to cookie diets. They taste best and cost almost half the price as the original. I guess they are kind of a "generic cookie diet". I also wanted to tell all of you that it's easy to keep the pounds off with this diet. At least it is for me. I admit that just because I lost the weight doesn't mean that I don't like icecream anymore! But, when I find myself losing control of my eating I go back on the R&D Diet Cookies for about a week and get back in control. I have had to do this about 3 times over the last 2 years but it is a VERY effective maintenance program and has helped me keep the weight off! :P
