Help with BODY FAT LOSS..NOT WEIGHT LOSS...plzz?

im in a dilema....i want to have my abs more defined and chizzled..you know so that you can see them. I have been working my abs out for like 4 months..basically everyday i got to the gym to lift weights wich is 4 days a week. I do diffrent ab workouts but they dont show...they are deffinetly more developed than a couple of months ago because i can feel them when i flex and can see them when i pull down my belly. I knwo that i have to have a lower % of body fat but i need diffrent ways on how to loose it...ONLY THE BODY FAT, NOT WEIGHT. i have been doing cardio excercices 3 days a week..just go out and run for like 20 min's to burn those calories and that fat off...but idk why its not working better....help guys...thanks, sorry for making it so long

To lose the fat you need to fight the FAT with FAT. There are good fats and bad fats.
Good fats are important in fat metabolism.They remove excess fats from the bloodstream. These good fats are called ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS.

Without them, the body stores the fat rather than changing it into glucose. Essential fatty acids are found in olive oil, flaxseed oil, walnut oil and wheat germ oil.

One very important supplement that enables the assimilation of FAT is Gamma Linolenic Acid (one type of Essential Fatty Acids).

The best way to get Gamma Linolenic Acid is by taking borage oil. You can find it in the health food stores.
