Try to have foods that are low on calories and contain lot of proteins and fibers. Greens, fresh fruits, salads and low carb recipies are good for your health. I'm a working mom and its really difficult for me to prepare diet food at home so I've been using Bistro MD diet meals since past 3 months and the results have been really good. I think you should try it.

You can choose to consume healthy foods by first knowing what these foods are. Healthy foods are fresh and unprocessed.

In order to live healthy you must eliminate processed foods from your daily meals. This is not difficult because sweet, tasty, and delicious healthy foods are readily available that can be substituted for processed foods.

It is always best to stay away from processed and artificially made foods. It feels best to go back to the natural.
Raw foods is one diet that brings you back to the natural sense of eating and losing weight at the same time. Check this out and see if this diet might work for you.

Spread 4 bread slices with 1 tablespoon cream cheese each; spread the other 4 slices with 1 teaspoon marmalade each. Combine to make 4 sandwiches.

Do you consider that sandwich a healthy food? Is its components like marmalade can be considered as sweets?
There are also diets which are raw in nature, no fats and no sugar. I think these can be better alternatives for losing weight.
