I make grilled chicken and boil some eggs and just a small amount of shredded cheese on mine. I put my ranch on the side to dip, that way I don't eat more than I should. You can also use a little olive oil and vinegarette or lemon juice.

Ingredients:

1 can mixed beans
Olive oil(about1/3cup)
Balsamic vinegar(about 50/50 with oil)
1-2 slices red onion
1/4 orange pepper
1 celery stick
1/2-1 clove garlic
Oregano-1 pinch
Basel-1-pinch
1/4 cup sugar(optional)

Drain can of beans and put in large bowl

Chop vegetables, mince garlic and mix with beans

Mix oil and vinegar with oregano and basel. The oil/vinegar should be about 50/50 but mix it to your preference.

Add dressing to bowl, stir and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Drain dressing and transfer salad to a smaller bowl. If you prefer a stronger Cavour just keep the salad in the dressing until it's eaten.

Hi guys,

Have you tried raw kale avocado salad? this is a very excellent salad that you need to try. I always do make and eat this salad 2-3 time a week. it is very delicious especially when you have all the fresh ingredient on hand. this is just so easy to make. you can make this for just 15mins. All you need to do is mix all the ingredient and add the necessary seasonings or spices and thats it. There are more salad recipes i know. but make this kale avocado salad for a start.

It sounds good, but I was wondering about how many calories does that recipe produce? Also, how many per day? If it's not too high, I would love to make the sacrifice and try it.

[quote="FatterMike"]in my opinion... italian pasta salad is the best.
even tho it is very oily and fatty. I LOVE IT! make pasta. with roughly a lb of pepperoni. a can of black olives. chop up a green pepper. chop up roughly 3 tomatoes, get roughly 1/2 lb of banana peppers. and maybe 1/4 lb of pepperchini's. a little sprinkle of lemon pepper. make alot of noodles tho if your going this route. its alot of food. but.... i can finish roughly 5lbs of it inside of 2-3 days.

Salad is very good food for health and salad should be the part of daily food and everyone should eat before meal, but i have read many recipes of salad mentioned above but many of them are not fat free but almost majority of the recipes are with fats so i suggest you to eat simple salad e.g
1. Take three carrots and one radish
2. Two cucumber
3. One or two lemons
4. Half onion
5. Make pieces of all the things and bring it to the small pieces and mix it up
6. Eat this type of salad daily and it will keep you fresh and you will remain healthy.
