Rules of keeping well

The first thing is to take a balanced diet. According to weight and age a man must make a meal with all kinds of vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrate, fat and water. Only a balanced diet will not do. If a man does not take rest or have sufficient sleep, he will not keep well. He must take exercise regularly.

I agree, also try to listen to your parents or grandparents, they know their stuff concerning all the stuff your body needs

I also agree with this. If you change your eating habits into a healthier one, you will not just benefit from losing weight but also, this habit can make your body healthier inside and out.

If you start your day with the right food to eat, you'll be energized and you can do much better with work or with just about anything. :)

Be sure that you're taking more of fruits and vegetables. Drinking at least 8 glasses everyday is also considered as a great eating habit rule.

I totally agree with you,Avoiding junk food,smoking,alcohol,high calories sugar and proper healthy diet will be helping for healthy life.
