Low Fat DIet works in different ways. It will depend on what you really are up to. If you are fond of eating veggies then you create ways or check out recipes on how to play with the different veggies and mix them up together. if you are more incline to fruits then you eat more on fruits. diet would require you to be disciplined enough to control you appetite especially on foods high in carbs and fats.
I personally have been eating raw for some time now. I stopped eating cooked food since it alters the freshness, vitamins and nutrients of the food. eating it up raw is the best way to get all the nutrients, energy and power that the food may give. i am losing weight with this kind of diet regimen especially that what i am eating are well-balanced.
