Hi,

It is true that in the past people are not concerned with their health. they are eating everything from fats, carbs, proteins, sweets and a lot more. however, people today are focused on wellness which means that we are concern now of our health. we want to have a healthy life since the food that are sold and served are slowly killing our body. we are not concern of how balanced are the foods we are consuming everyday.

Now, that people are searching ways on how to make their self healthy, they are seeking for ways. if you ask me, i am following a unique kind of diet which only involves raw foods. i have been eating raw food and enjoys powerful life. i have mentioned powerful because ever since i have started this kind of diet, i felt a great change in my body, in my life. i have been energetic that i don't easily get stressed out. i feel so healthy that i don't get sick easily or shall i say, i haven't got sick since i started this diet regimen. this is really a life changing diet for me.
