Yoga is the best thing to increase the counts of the breath in deep. Also helpful to increase the stamina and immunity power against the viral disease.

I like your post about yoga for weight loss. It is very helpful and interesting for every one. According to me i think that Ashtanga Yoga is a very vigorous style of practice with a few distinct advantages for those who want to lose weight.
