The best way is make a schedule of the exercise and follow it regularly which is helpful to loss a weight. As the exercise I prefer walking which helps to absorb the fat. Another thing is that to control on the food and avoid the fast food or junk food to maintain the health.

I think the best way to lose weight is exercise. Exercise is the bodily activity that help to increase the strength and physical fitness.Exercise keeps our body relaxed and give you strength to do work and kept away from obesity.And it also helps in our Sexual Life.Exercise boost the immune system and prevent from the diseases like Diabetes,muscular disease,heart disease,etc. Alon with exercise try to maintain the proper diet plan.

The best way is to cut back on what your eating, don't eat out anywhere, and don't eat stuff like chips and cookies and candy. It comes off slower than any of these fad diets, but as long as you don't go back to old eating habits it will work. Like, eat one bowl of cereal for breakfast. Eat a sandwich and some veggies and dip or something like that for lunch. If you need a snack, either eat fruit or if you need to eat something like chips than get low fat ones or quakes (mini flavored rice cakes), they're really good. And then for dinner eat something sensible like a meat, a carb, and a veggie. Then if you need a snack at night again eat something sensible.

Have a plan and don't splurge for too long. No your weaknesses and focus on a balance between your diet and excercise.

you have to see whatever changes you make to your diet, not as 'a diet', diets by their nature are temporary. The oft repeated phrase 'lifestyle change' is what you need to aim for. Small, sustainable changes. Eat mostly healthy, do some exercise, if you go overboard on both, you will fall off the wagon and pile the weight on again.

Always take breakfast. Have a snack between meals like fruits. Have a good lunch with fruits and vegetables. Have a light dinner. Try to exercise at least four times a week. Keep your mind relaxed. . Drink at least eight glasses of water every day.
