I also have the same problem. Well, I'm not overweight but I kinda have flabby tummy. And I wish to have those power abs of what I see on the television.
Well, as I worked out in the gym, I learned that you definitely need to lose weight first. Do a lot of cardio. Once your done, then you can move on into focusing on those abdominal muscles.
