I am agree with you before going to hit the gym one should set a goal. One should make a proper diet plan which is comfortable with the exercise routine.

Hi I am David, I agree with you, your opinion is right that one should set his goal before going to gym. One should make proper diet plan which food is healthful according to his exercise. Once he fix his diet plan than exercise will be easy for him to lose his weight. :|
