Is there an exercise to keep your triceps in shape ?

Love it or hate it, let's motivate each other to just do it!

Two great tricep exercises I do without weights.

1. Do close-handed push-ups. Place your hands so they are touching each other and then do as many push-ups as you can. Focus on using your triceps.

2. Find a bar 2 to 4 feet above the ground. Place both hands slightly narrower than shoulder-width. Then stand back so that your knees are slightly bent. Swing your body and head under the bar slowly, then extend yourself back from your starting position.

Triceps are the muscles at the back of the arms. The most common triceps exercises involve straightening the arms to engage the triceps as in kickbacks, extensions and dips. If you are just a beginner, choose 1-2 exercises, 1-2 sets of 12-16 reps. If you are in the intermediate or advanced exercise, choose an exercise from each column for 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps, resting between sets.
