I agree that the easiest way to lose weight and burn calories is to stay active, eat healthy, drink lots of water and of course stay happy!
We are not just a body, but a mind and soul too. So feeling happy about staying healthy will play a great factor in motivating you to stick to whatever your diet or exercise plan currently is.
