The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. This means either eat fewer calories, or exercise more. An easy way to lose weight even if you don't want to become a raw food vegetarian is to become a regular vegetarian. Meat contains fat, and even lean meat is over 10% saturated fat. Drop meat, and you drop weight.

You can help prevent overeating and maintain blood sugar levels by eating something about every three hours. Getting too hungry will backfire on your efforts to eat healthy and practice portion control. Aim for a healthful, satisfying snack, such as an apple and some reduced-fat cheddar cheese.

Every morning drink a cup of tea to start your day. It would do no harm if you drink excess tea in the morning.
Eat a proper and nutritious breakfast
This will ensure that your body has the necessary supplements. You will not feel hungry and this will prevent you from over eating

There are so many different easy ways to lose weight. It is very helpful and interesting for every one. According to me i think that Exercise is just as important as diet when it comes to losing weight. I lost 5 pounds by doing as they advised.

For losing weight exercise is the best way along with exercise their should be proper and well balanced diet.

I agree that the easiest way to lose weight and burn calories is to stay active, eat healthy, drink lots of water and of course stay happy!

We are not just a body, but a mind and soul too. So feeling happy about staying healthy will play a great factor in motivating you to stick to whatever your diet or exercise plan currently is.

Becoming vegetarian is not the only way to lose weight - if that were the case, why do people lose weight on high protein diets?

I'm currently trying the 1k calorie challenge (http://www.1000caloriechallengereview/) and am on day 32... it's working well but it's definitely not an easy way to lose weight.

To be honest you wont really find any easy ways to lose weight - as they say, no pain no gain.
