I agree. I love this program and find it stimulating. After watching last night, it motivates me to stay away from cookies and candy that tempts me to work today. Who knows how long, but today I was useful.
And Dave's wife is actually a child! The whole scene with him and his family was very emotional. The difference in the appearance of phenomenal. I can not wait for next weeks episode, when they were cardboard cutouts of himself and trained with weight loss that accompanies it.

I was surprised ..... Gary's wife was so young I think he must have a lot of work ....... or something. But now it looks more and is my favorite right now. MB Type worries me, as seems to be working hard. If you have problems or something Tire, he should have more weight, lost now ... I think you eat too much.
