It is obvious to me that Ryan and Gary made a contract in the last two since they met at the election of Kelly Mac. Mr. Kelly would lose 5 pounds more than Gary will take second place. Since I do not see that happening, it seems to be lost with the assimilation theory of Mauritius last three, because they have no way to win or lose the task a little more than 20 pounds of Leave at the lowest point.
So I think for the final purpose is: Kelly, Mo, Gary, and Ryan wins.

i read an a article in People mag this past week. It features Ryan, Moe, Kelly and Gary and their was blurb about them.
In the blurb underneath Kelly, it states something to the effect of "When Kelly left the show, she had lost x amount of pounds." In the blurb underneath Ryan, it stated "When the show wrapped, Ryan had lost x amount of pounds."

if you see pic of ryan you can barely recognize that thin man.
