Hi, I'd love to have some help.

I'm a 18 year-old overweight female who is mostly a vegetarian although i sometimes cheat on chicken and salmon once in a while.but i never eat red meat I work out few times a week: this consists mostly of jogging, push-ups and sits-ups. The thing is I leat so unhealthy. I love love love anything that has something to do with bread or white pasta. I sometimes even eat white bread or white pasta with no sauce on that as a meal. I really like vegetables too. But I also crave salty stuff a lot. I feel like im always hungry. Well, I don't eat a lot during a meal (id say normal) but im always so hungry throughout the day. I crave sweets sometimes too. I just want to loose some weight and i just dont know what to do per my meals. im really lost.

i also get really bad acid reflux anytimes i eat fatty stuff.

here's an example of what i will eat in a day :

- breakfast : when i do have it it's generally two butter toasts with a hot chocolate
- dinner : mashed potatoes with becel margarine or boiled vegetables, sometimes a dessert, juice
- afternoon: cucumber or fruits or other vegetables
- supper: white pasta, bread, juice

Wow. Although its diet consists of carbohydrates. While some carbohydrates are necessary for the proper functioning of the organism, based primarily on white bread and white pasta will not be useful in the long term. And, of course, you are hungry all the time. Eating foods that are solely based around a large plate of white paste is only because the blood sugar to peak after the accident, leaving you hungry again an hour after lunch.

I recently made the transition to a vegetarian diet, and found it really difficult for me part of my food in the way that leads to weight loss now. It is easy to follow a vegetarian diet and eating too much cheese, he is a murderer in their diet. About lifestlyle monitor Vegan and have chips. I have to pay attention, or I do not eat meat, vegetarian or you have only vegetable diet.

Regardless of the choice to eat meat or not an imbalance in your diet. If I look at your typical day, I would not change to include more protein, less processed foods and more fruits and vegetables.

For example. (I'll suggestions to your diet now - my changes in red)

- Breakfast: When I, as a rule, two pieces of toast with butter and hot chocolate

Breakfast: 1 PC whole-wheat bread, 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, 1 cup of soy milk, 1 cup of fresh fruit
- Dinner: mashed potatoes with margarine Becel or cooked vegetables, sometimes dessert, juice

Lunch / dinner: red beans and rice, steamed vegetables, fruit, dessert, drink water or unsweetened tea

- Afternoon: cucumber or fruit or vegetables (I should add protein, a little cheese if you eat yogurt or soy)

- Dinner: white pasta, bread, juice

Dinner: Whole wheat pasta (included), organic tomato sauce, meatballs thin, small salad with dressing, low-fat, drinking water or unsweetened tea

My biggest concern is that I see little or no protein in the diet, except for chicken and salmon, that sometimes you have mentioned. Your body needs protein to function and develop muscle. Exercise of state authority does not really matter if you do not eat any protein.

I suggest you eat a little (or a little more!) On chicken and salmon, suggesting that there are too reluctant to do so. To focus on vegetarianism, add soy, beans, etc. (I am a vegetarian, so I do not know much about how to complete proteins from plants, but I'm sure you can find many online resources and others.)

I also suggest that the products that you eat the bread from whole grains. And eat more fruits and vegetables! The fiber of two things will help you perform. How to eat more protein, I think. If you are hungry all the time, may be the way your body tells you what you need protein!

Hope things work for you ...
