I think that we have seen this interval training .. High intensity for short bursts .. I think that they are a mixture of things. It is difficult to say how Mix it looks just snatchetts training ..

It is obvious that Bob and Jillian know what they are doing. They can also stretch before and after .. schemes or other entities of the world ..

Competitors swim, run, or cyclists, do not seem to need a lot of transition .. Usually the rest .. Riders try to spend a little more leg room in his heart .. While this may be a list ..

Theory and practice seems to change constantly. I know that when aerobics were popular they were warm and cold phase of the phase-down .. I think it only helps the heart muscle .. (which is a muscle too!) .. Runners usually stretch their muscles before the beginning of their career / Jog ..

For TBL, just do not see enough the process of assuming that they make some .. warm and cool We just continue to believe the most serious problems physically. I hope Bob and Gillian .. I am very surprised to learn that they have no physical injuries due to intense training .. But we see that some aspects of intensive training, and not things in the world.
