Enjoy the Journey

Hello, Winifried
I noticed a lot of noise lately Re: Confusion / burnout.

Please do not give up. * HUGS *

I was in the same boat a few days, when all my new material occurred in Re: weight-loss/exercise.

I just want to say is "strong", so to speak May for those who need to hear it and can relate ...

Please do not feel guilty or embarrassed if your current plan for weight loss or exercise can not, or if you are in a stable.

I had to learn at their own expense.

I was afraid, friends or family members that I was a splinter or not to give BC all in my power to change things often enough.

The fact is that ..

What is the difference?

Key does not give up. If I / you must go 15 rounds in a few months, what is the problem? "

We are trying to find what works for "us" and our needs.

Positive view of the fact that we are sure to fill your brain health knowledge and learn new tricks.

Where there is a desire - there is a way.

I crossed the main burnout with food / recipes - plus the CAL - and to boring ..

I decided to go back up.

I use food updated engine Richard Simmons impressive, now that British Columbia does not "count-CAL" more. I get a map of calories and close the windows in the diet of the engine.

Man, he took a lot of stress on me!

I bought the DVD disco then cardio and tone of the film sweat & W / Cord Tonin 'for my training. (Also, Richard Simmons.)

I'm on fire again, right!

Here's what's important. Going from glory to glory - victory to victory!

Bon Voyage - refuse - to do the right thing for you, and no longer cares what they think / can think --

After a positive attitude - love yourself - have fun!

Day 1 was there a few days for me, and I already fallen to 1.2 kg.
(My official weigh-in day Friday.)

Of course, I hope that this will be the last program or routine for me .... Otherwise ... What is the difference?

I am proud that I did not throw in the towel and simply said: "Hell W / MR is .. I'm staying fat - fat .."

Some of us can not find the map of life / routine.

There is nothing wrong with that, we are always looking for fun ways to exercise - to stay active - and eat well / healthy.

Find joy in your journey.

I am so glad that you finally!

This was so right for me this morning..

Just wanted to share it..

From the book Starting Your Day Right: Devotions for Each Morning of the Year by Joyce Meyer:

February 18

And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
—2 Corinthians 9:8 NIV

My definition of get is to obtain by struggle and effort, and receive is to act like a receptacle and simply take in what is offered. We can receive mercy, grace, strength, forgiveness, and love from the Lord. It is a new day—and God’s mercy is new every morning (See Lamentations 3:22–23).

You can have a brand new start today. Allow God’s mercy to strengthen and heal you before starting your routine activities. Receive His healing power, and let its grace work in you. Today can be effortless as you depend on God’s grace to do what He has called you to do.

some books by Joyce are:

Me and My Big Mouth (helps you wash off a negative spirit/actions)

&

Battlefield of the Mind (same as above + it provides healing; emotional/mental and is a great guide for life.)

Both can truly help with weight-loss bc when you are positive and feel good/stable, you have a "can do" attitude. I find from using the tools from the books, I just have more energy bc I'm happy.

Stable, mental/emotional health is just as important as a healthy weight-loss routine.

You have to be a whole person and have your spirit and body working for you to truly reach goals and stick w/stuff. IMHO - Learning from experience.
