i am 26 years old.i m trying to reduce my weight for the past 10 months with little diet.before i am 68kg.now also the same like this.what can i do?kindly give me solution.please....

first you do not define your height. whats your height? If you are 175 cm tall then the 68 Kg weight is good. If your height is to small then you are over weight. then you will take perfect advise form doctor.The doctor giving perfect diet plan. if do not want to dieting then take laser treatment for weight loss.
