i am 26 years old.i m trying to reduce my weight for the past 10 months with little diet.before i am 68kg.now also the same like this.what can i do?kindly give me solution.please....

it is all about having the right habits and lifestyle. Couple your diet with a good exercise that challenges and burns fat constantly. Any exercise will work, so long as you continually challenge yourself and do so on consistent basis.
