The best ways to lose weight is to have an eating lifestyle whereby you:
1. Exclude refined sugar totally from your meals. Stop drinking and eating foods that contain that type of sugar. Eat fresh fruits instead and drink water.
2. Eliminate other refined foods, for example, white flour from your meals. Eat whole grain foods instead.
3. Avoid fried foods. Eliminate fatty red meat and eat white meat and fish.
