Bridget Jones Style Weight Loss Journey
My frustration in all books and journals of people's weight loss journey is that it's too scientific and sometimes a little unrealistic.
It has always made me feel like a failure if I didn't have the willpower of all the people in the success stories or TV shows like the biggest loser.
Well, check out my blog: http://www.thetruthaboutmyweightloss.blogspot.com
I hope you will not only find it entertaining, but encouraging and relatable.
All I can say is, weight loss is not easy and it's something that many of us struggle with every day...the journey is very much a part of the destination.

I agree that whatever you do in order to lose weight should be realistic.
Hence try this link to find a more realistic strategy.

Savvymummy you are totally right! For sure when it comes to weightloss it's not about everybody else and how they lose the weight - it's about you and what is the best course of weight loss. Maybe it's simple changes like diet or more exercise or it could be more extreme like sorting out your own issues behind the weight loss. I have mentioned this issue on a few forum posts now but I have come to realise from reading about everbodies experiences that the best way to successful weight loss i.e. losing weight and keeping it off for good, is finding the cause behind the weight gain in the first place. Good luck on your weight loss journey!!!!!
